We'd like to thank you once again for visiting Shopmichii.com! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will make an announcement and contact you via email.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
RETURNS
All sales are final, thus no refunds or exchanges. However, in the case that there is a quality defect with your purchase you must inform us of the issue the same week as when you received your package or your claim will not be valid. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you may contact us at Shopmichiiii@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package . All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. 
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
  • All orders are final sale, thus no refunds or returns. The only exception is if there is any quality defects with your product.
