How long does it take for orders to process?
We will process and ship out your order within 1-5 days of purchase (excluding made to order products). Standard domestic orders will take approximately 2-6 business days to arrive once shipped. International orders shipped with USPS will take approximately 7-21 business days to arrive. Unfortunately you may experience shipping delays due to temporary set backs from holidays, weather, border customs, etc. We try to fulfill orders as soon as possible!

Do you offer clip ons? 
Of course! If you are in need of clip ons there is a "add a note to your order" section in your cart. Leave a note stating "clip ons" and all of the earring hooks in your order will be replaced with clip ons. Please keep in mind that only gold and silver clip ons are available upon ordering.
Do you offer free shipping? 
Absolutely! We offer free domestic shipping for orders above $50. International orders qualify for free shipping for orders above $100. If you're charged shipping even if your order summary exceeds these minimums please contact us so we can resolve/ refund the amount. As we update our inventory some items may need updated shipping settings that can cause these mishaps. We try our best to minimize these mistakes on our end.
Why does my order show "returned to sender"? 
This inconvenience can happen for a couple of reasons. Some of them being incorrect addresses, inability for the package to be delivered, weather, customs, etc. Regardless of the reason, once the package is returned to us we will send you an email explaining the situation and options. You have the choice between having us ship out your order again with a shipping fee of $3.65 or we can refund your purchase. Keep in mind that refunding your purchase may take a couple of days to process, and excludes the original shipping fee if paid. 
How can I keep the jewelry from tarnishing?
We recommend keeping them away from water and excessive sunlight. Take them off when showering, exercising, and/ or sleeping. 
Care Tips: 
  • Store in a dry & clean area
  • Avoid overexposure to sunlight
  • Wipe with cloth if needed
  • Do not bend resin pieces
Can I get a refund or exchange?
All orders are final sale, thus no refunds or returns. If there is any issue with your product do not hesitate to contact us through email shopmichiiii@gmail.com. You must inform us of the issue the same week as when you received your package or your claim will not be valid. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
